The poet knows how to play on a harp without string and after he knows how to answer to those who claim they didn't heard the music.

To complete my website which is in French, I've decided to create a blog in English.

In fact, it will rather be a Gallery, as I am a better stitcher than writer ...
All my artwork from 1999 to 2007 can be found in the Archives : November 2007

I'll add regularly some views and close-up of my new pieces.

You ALWAYS give us such great eye candy! Every month I anticipate your post and wait to see what new pattern in aqua and white will emerge. How long have you been doing thread embroidery? Have you had training? It certainly looks like it. What steps do you follow in your design process? Hope you have a little time to answer these questions... maybe in a post? Thanks! Robin A.

Beautiful work again! What size thread did you use on the edges? It looks like a yarn? Love your teeny works of art!

Thank you all for your nice words :-)

Jacquie, I've used a knitting cotton thread for the raised chain band on the edge, about 1/16" diameter.

I don't know how you manage to out do your last page each and every month. This is stunning!

Quelle régularité des points de broderie et quel magnifique perlage, je suis impressionnée. Enfin, je ne devrais pas, connaissant ton travail toujours à la perfection. C'est superbe. Bonne continuation. Bises
